Elaine’s communications strategies drove enrolment interest, built relationships with staff, students, current and potential families, alumnae, garnered philanthropic interest, and raised awareness in the greater community. A skilled storyteller of the Early Learning to Year 12 student experience, innovative teaching practices, and how Ruyton led the way in the research of educating girls, Elaine grew awareness of the culture of Ruyton, a leading educator of girls.

Introducing best practice communication and marketing strategies Elaine created omnichannel solutions to reach potential enrolments and engage with the existing School community. She provided Ruyton with robust communication strategies to drive future success. Elaine’s articles, posts, and publications celebrated student endeavour and staff thought leadership to the School community and beyond. Elaine utilized a full range of communication channels to target and reach audiences, through publications, marketing, social media posts, blogs, web CMS and copy, video, digital and print advertising, print, and spoken communications.

Strategic communication planning 

Elaine formulated effective communication plans that communicated the client’s business message.  Campaigns to build awareness, build brand reputation, increase sales, crisis communication and advocacy spoke directly to stakeholders to build relationships.  Elaine used the tools of marketing, public relations, face to face communication, web, social media, digital and print to formulate a working plan for client’s business communication needs.  Elaine created community engagement that offered two-way communication for the education and NFP sectors.

A renowned public speaking trainer with almost 20 years of public speaking experience and winner of 28 public speaking titles, Elaine shared professional speaking techniques that developed client’s unique speaking presence. Elaine’s coaching honed presentation skills, taking business presentations from boring to brilliant, from good to great!

Elaine helped her clients get the best out of every public speaking opportunity. Replacing self-doubts with self-confidence client’s learned the secrets and skills of professional speakers to create tailored presentations that connected to audiences.  Her coaching provided clients with supportive feedback to polish professional speaking skills.
